General laborer



Job Description:

The general laborer will be responsible for assisting the wall, mulch, and grass crews, as needed, based on workload. The general laborer may help build and install retaining walls and patios, they may aid in trimming, mulching, or weeding jobs, and/or they may aid in yard clean up services and grass cuttings. They will work where they are needed the most.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to/from work
Must be on time to work
Driver’s license a plus

Job Duties:

General landscape labor for any jobs that we do
Can be with ANY crew – grass, wall, mulch
Physical labor
Strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions
Able to work some weekend hours

Weed Specialist



Job Description:

The weeding specialist will be responsible for the weekly weed removal and weed spraying of commercial and residential properties. They will drive from one property to the next and pull weeds from mulch and flower beds. Occasionally they may be sent to remove weeds in preparation for upcoming mulching jobs.

Requirements:

Driver’s license required
Must be on time to work
Reliable transportation to/from work

Job Duties:

Property maintenance – mostly weed pulling and spraying
Make sure entire property is in excellent condition
Weed pulling in preparation for mulching jobs
Pays attention to detail
Takes pride in work
Strong time management skills
Ability to follow instructions

Grass Crew Leader



Job Description:

The grass crew leader will be responsible for running a small crew of grass cutters. In addition to cutting grass at assigned properties, the grass crew leader will be responsible for driving a truck with a trailer attached from job to job, based on the weekly grass cutting schedule. They will ensure that all yards and commercial properties cut by their crew are documented on their weekly grass cutting lists.

Requirements:

Driver’s license required
Reliable transportation to/from work
Must be on time to work
Crew lead experience a plus

Job Duties:

Day-to-day operations for running grass crew
Maintain truck and equipment
Able to drive truck with trailer
Daily reports turned in for properties completed
Report any customer complaints
Strong time management skills
Ability to follow instructions
Able to work some weekend hours

Retaining Wall Expert



Job Description:

The wall expert will be responsible for working as a part of the wall crew to build new retaining walls and aid in the demolition of old retaining walls prior to rebuilding them. The wall expert will work closely with the other wall crew members to ensure the jobs are completed to specifications and in a timely manner. In addition to retaining walls, the wall crew also installs patios and steps.

Driver’s license required
Experience required
Reliable transportation to/from work
Must be on time to work

Job Duties:

Able to drive larger truck
Level block
Cut block
Build wall from start to finish
Pick up materials
Ability to follow instructions
Able to work some weekend hours
